1998년 투팍 사후에 나온 베스트 앨범.미발표곡 중 하나였던 ' Changes'가 대히트를 쳤다. 아마 투팍의 대박을 친 곡들은 여기에 다 수록되어 있으니 베스트 앨범 중에서 입문자에게나 매니아에게도 소장가치가 상당히 있는 편이다. 또한 그 유명한 ' California Love'의 오리지널 버전이 수록되어 있는 앨범이기도 하다.
