- 2020년 8월 1일, 이미 진작 지난 2020년 7월 7일에 출간될 예정이라고 공개되었기 때문에 실제 출시일은 알 수 없는 상황이다.
- 2020년 8월 6일, 저자 Adrienne Kress가 트위터에 2020년에 출판될 Bendy 소설이 없으며, 내년에 출판될 소설인 The Illusion of Living을 작업 중이라고 발표했다. 이를 통해 Sent From Above의 제작이 지연되고 있으며, 다른 프로젝트들에 밀리고 있음을 알 수 있다. #

- Sent From Above이라는 이름의 동명의 애니메이션이 게임 시리즈 내에 등장한다. 1933년 9월 12일 Sillyvision에서 상영된 앨리스 앤젤의 데뷔 애니메이션이라는 컨셉으로, BatIM 챕터 2: 오래된 노래에서부터 포스터가 등장하며, 챕터 5: 마지막 릴에서 애니메이션 일부가 담긴 클립을 볼 수 있다. 클립에서는 앨리스가 구름 위에서 노래를 하는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 모티브는 'Wild Waves'인 듯.[4]
- 본 책과 게임 내 등장하는 동명의 애니메이션의 제목은 앨리스의 주제가 'I'm Alice Angel'의 가사에서 유래되었다. 해당 노래도 애니메이션 Sent From Above에 삽입되었을 가능성이 높다.
- Bendy 시리즈 소설들 중 유일하게 무산된 소설이다.
